This facility is 100% technology driven all the way to their customer service which is a chat bot. It took me about 45 minutes to figure everything out, find my unit and gain entry through the digital padlock. Once I was in and had access it is very clean. I would recommend this storage facility.

It was quick to reserve the facility, easy to finish the reservation online. The facility looks to be secure and clean and well managed.

The space is excellent and the lighting and cleanliness was outstanding

We just moved in (partially) after having found this facility. The price is great and a lock was provided. No extra or hidden fees.

Very clean easy to move around

I reserved 2 parking spots, 1 unit, was not able to get in my unit, code on lock would not work & they were closed. 1 of the parking spots I could not get my trailer in spot, other parking spot, if i park my big trailer there, person behind me would not be able to get theirs out. very disappointed

We have rented 3 units (10x20's and 10x10's) for the last 3 years and now we pay will be paying $585 per month starting in July. We started out half of that in 2020. They have increased our prices 4x over the last 2 years and now again they are increasing. It has gotten totally ridiculous how often the prices increase. I give them 2 stars only because the gentleman that helped us when we first got the units was so helpful.

Person I worked with on getting setup was so patient and helpful. The place is clean and easily reached.

I would highly recommend this place except for the fact that my combination to my lock did not work for 2 and 1/2 days. I had called customer service and was given a new code which didn't work either. My stuff sent outside the unit for quite a while while I tried to contact customer service again. On my fourth phone call I finally received the correct code to my lock and was able to move in

The lock left on my storage did not work, used my own lock.

If you call them, they will be very helpful in assisting you with whatever you may need.

It was fairly simple at move in. The representative on the phone was extremely helpful and walked me through the process.

I was needing a unit asap. Using online rental was easy, the process was very well put together. However I messed up and rented a parking space instead of unit. I found this out with a 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck and helpers waiting to unload. Customer service helped me straighten it all out in a timely manner. Only negative I have is the on-site manager would not answer his phone or answer his door after persistent knocking. Thank you Tony & Kayla for helping me thru this. We were very hot and tired, pretty much sick from heat. But they made it ok!

they charge you a twenty dollar fee to process a payment online and the kiosk is never working so you have to pay online or over the phone the wait time over the phone is fifteen minutes.they are a rip off dont rent there
