After reserving the storage space online I received a phone call from the site informing me of everything I needed to sign up. When I arrived to do the paperwork Ariel was very friendly and got me signed up quickly. The property is well maintained. I think the stuff I'm storing will be safe until I decide what to do with it.

Friendly helpful staff. Unit is clean and has easy access. The 10x10 unit seems more like 9.5 x 9.5 but big enough for our needs.

The managers here are very helpful, accommodating and so nice! I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. They also, having a moving truck you can use to help get settled.

I received a call from Amber after reserving my unit. She was very nice and helpful. We arrived a few days early and Dave checked us in. He was great. He was very thorough and friendly. I had a million questions and he was very nice about answering all of them. The facility is very clean and ready to use. There were no hidden fees and the price we got was awesome. We are very happy with CubeSmart in Carrollton and the ease of using Sparefoot. We will definitely use both again if needed and refer our friends.

I was given a tour of the facilities. The office manager walked me through the facilities and security system. He also gave me helpful hints like using 2x4s to stack my boxes on and covering my boxes with plastic sheeting.

Customer service was super from the time I logged in and requested information. I was called within minutes and greeted with a smile upon entering. I secured a unit very quickly, and they accommodated my movers, who were not very accommodating to them. Highly recommend Cube Smart.

The reservation process was very fast and easy. I received a phone call on move in day of to see if I had any questions or needed any more information. Paperwork literally took 5 minutes and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get on my way, as I was in a time crunch. I will rent here again if I need a storage facility in the future.

Great customer service and a great price. I do not like the gate codes as I feel they are not secure enough. In addition the facility needed some very very minor repairs. Overall I am very satisfied and would still recommend this facility over all others.

I compared CubeSmart to several other storage units within a 5 mile radius and by far they give you the best bang for your buck. Management at the Carrollton store is so nice and accommodating as well! They even printed out a brochure to give me a discount to move my stuff!

QuicK And Easy.

It was quick and easy. I got exactly what I was after without an abundance of paperwork. The place looks clean and well lit. I'm happy!

Nice facility...manager didnt give me the special that was agreed upon, but said she would correct the paperwork....so I gues I'll find out when I pay next month's rent, if she changed it.

Great customer service. Plus I like the evening hours available.
