We initially thought we only needed a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ x 5ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ storage. We found a great deal online, completed the process, signed on the dotted line, got the key and started moving in. Who knew how much we had??!! So we called the manager on duty and she immediately found us a larger unit and began working with the district manager to get everything switched, including keeping our online desk intact. We were able to get everything done and in order smoothly. We truly appreciate the customer service in person and online!
