Monthly of $13/month looked amazing, but first payment came out to ~$75. Each month also includes $11/month minimum for insurance, so comes out to $24/month. Didn't like the surprise fees of having to buy a specific lock, "admin. fees," etc., but it's not like other places don't do the same. Other than that, decently clean space, and I was able to move-in with no issues.
