I decided on this service based on Internet specials and location. I was surprised by two fees, monthly insurance and admin fee, but they were not too unreasonable. I just wish it was clear that I would have to pay those when I made my reservation. Customer service wasn't bad. Facility is well secured and cared for. One cool thing is they have a free moving truck to use when you move in!

This place was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things.. they explained everything, upgraded my special, and even made me feel better about driving the big box truck (I had never driven a vehicle that large and was nervous to rent their truck)
