I had reserved my unit on line the same move-in date. The process was quick and the person checking me in was very personable and knowledgeable (sorry I didn't get his name). The amazing part is there were no hidden fees. No administration fees, no insurance fees, no specific lock you had to buy and the lock itself was free with purchase of the unit. I am very happy with my decision to go with Macho Storage!!

I actually postponed my FREE truck reservation and thus my rental date several times and Norma was most accomodating, never making me feel uncomfortable in any way. When I finally showed up to do the paperwork, she was extremely professional. I really appreciate the FREE high quality and very secure lock that your company gives to its customers. I was very pleased with the customer service here. Norma was very pleasant and helpful to work with. Also the pricing can't be beat. Another storage place had raised the rent 3 times in less than 2 years and I needed to find someplace cheaper. Pack & Stack was by far the cheapest. Also they are located in a convenient area and I feel safe having my belongings there.
