Rented the unit. The person who runs the place was very nice, but not well informed, which is corporate's fault, and not his. Otherwise, I'm glad it worked out for the time that I need the space.

The whole thing was fairly simple from start to finish. If reserving online, they automatically charge for a lock. But they say they will refund it if you bring an adequate lock with you. I just have an issue with this process bc it's going to be difficult for me to get there during office hours.

Reservation was very easy to complete. Julie listened to my needs & was able to meet them very easily. She is knowledgeable & easy to talk with.

I had a great welcoming from Jodi there at the property, I just would like to recommend you all to let us know at the signing that customers can use their own lock , and not have to purchase your locks for 19 dollars. that is something that should be told up front , not after you have signed a promise note, and agreed to the terms. I felt a little trapped into the contract.

I'm happy to have a unit that fits the things I have. With having to move in a fast manner and needing a place to put the things until I can get back on my feet. The location is good for where I'm staying. Easy access off the freeway. Thanks

I was asked by the young lady in the office today to leave a review and of course I told her I would. Well,first off I have only been a customer for this location since the end of January. I stopped by to have her look at my account to see why I had extra charges on it. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I have no complaints!

Regardless of what others may have experienced (or claimed to) I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of "reviews" in today's world. TODAY (1/27/17) I had an issue with my storage unit and called and spoke with John. He told me he could take care of it for me so I headed that way. Upon arriving, he was actually standing outside the office with the necessary items in hand, and even called me by name to ask if I was the one he had just spoken with. (It was an issue with the lock/hasp) He locked the office and proceeded to meet me at my unit where he did the necessary repair, very quickly! John was Extremely polite and couldn't have been any more helpful... After "shopping around" for a trustworthy storage facility I decided on this location for it's ease of access, and what appeared to be a well maintained property (which it is). Going on 3 years now, I have NO regrets! Today's experience with John just assured me I made the right choice. What else can I say... "Thank You John for your fantastic customer service!!" Sam
