Shirley helped me out at the the i35 location. Little rain outside but she had no problem running to the space I needed to show me if it looked like enough room for my personal belongings.

I looked at different places and no one was as good as ABC storage Crista is the best she explained the whole process and contract to where I wouldn't have any issues understanding it 💯 I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and anyone that needs a storage I will always keep using them if I needed at any time and the prices are the best in town. Thank you Crista and ABC Storage 😁😁

I am in transition with not just moving myself cross country from California to Texas for work, I also coordinated and arranged for my mothers move from New York to Texas!!! With that being said, a lot of decisions and choices needed to be made. I decided to reserve a storage unit at this location for my mothers items. I called the 800 number requesting the size needed based on cu size, after meeting Debra, property manager she told me right away that the requested size would not be big enough....she was right! She was very professional, personable, patient and recognizes the needs of others and reaches out to provide positive input and helps in anyway that she can. Since I am not from Texas, Debra was able to suggest some places that would be a place for me to visit just by getting to know me. I almost feel like I've known her my entire life. She is on point and amazing! If you want a positive experience whether you have short or long term storage needs, I highly recommend you going to see Debra! Debra - Thank you for all of your help! You have made my life so much easier during this time!!! You truly are knowledgeable, helpful and a sweet lady!
