Code needed for entrance and exit, makes me feel safer about my items being there. My actual storage is a little dirty and some damage on the roof

I am very happy with my storage unit, it was immaculately clean, there was a light in the unit which made it very easy to see where to place all my stuff for storage. I was also able to use a dolly which was available for my use by the facility. Tanya has also been incredibly helpful and friendly with all my needs.

I first talked with the home office. They were very helpful and explained all the didn't types of units what would fix in each one etc. I made a reservation then from the Carrollton office off Josey Ln the manager Tonya called me. She again went over everything. I went down there which was less than 2 miles from me. She was super nice and greeted me warmly and very professionally she showed me the unit and said if it's nit big enough I could get the next size. It was perfect. Great management and service

Reserve your storage unit not on the day you need it but on the day that they want you to have it- you must make appointment for paperwork- No appointment available- I take off work, make appointment, show up, another person is there . No appointment, you don't get storage. Finish appointment, sign paperwork with move-in date that has nothing to do with the date that you want to move in - I don't care. Climate control equals a hole in the ceiling exposing the sky. I want to change facilities to get an actual climate control facility with two stories, Same company. Same general area .Owned by the same people. They will not refund $ so I can get another unit at other facility. I think they have no ability to understand what customer retention is

Everyone was very friendly and helped me find a storage unit that would fit my needs after they did not have the unit I orginally reserved. This ended up saving me money.

I have rented at Public Storage in the past and had a great experience. I came back to Public Storage because the staff, "Tanya", was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about about the business and helped answer any questions that I had.

The Property Manager "Tanya" very easy to understand /The location is in a great location for me and it was very clean!

This location is great and management was very thorough. I have had no problems with my unit. One thing the manager Bill pointed out which I really appreciated was taking a phone picture of your unit # and gate code in case you lose your card. I have already had to use phone picture because I left card at home. Thank goodness for great advice.

I am glad it didn't take forever to set this up.. I appreciate the security process and safety I feel going in/out of facility
