Wish it was more Handicap friendly. Buit will do nice with some help from my son.

This place was very clean, very friendly! The reservation process was super smooth! And the price advertised online was the actual true price. And that is not what I was finding at any other place. The one man that was working there was very friendly and kind and courteous! There were like three leaves on the floor of our storage space and he was embarrassed and apologize profusely! And he came and swept them out before we moved in. It was a good experience all around and cost-efficient!

Had an urgent need to store furniture and household goods for short term and found CubeSmart in Cedar Park near our new home the night before we needed storage. The online checkin process proved to be flawless as I was able to arrive, meet the staff and got my code and unit information very quickly. Within 5 minutes I was already unloading into the unit which was clean and easy to find. Couldn't of asked for a smoother and efficient move in.

Jorge was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was amazingly up front about pricing and offers available to me, and actually set me up with the best pricing available, which wasn't listed online!

I literally reserved my room 40 min before the office was set to close. Cathy, the manager, stayed passed her clock out time to help me obtain the storage room. She was extremely professional and sweet as hell! Cathy and Cube Smart are the ones to go to!

I did not like the small door entry. However, for the same price I received the large door pull up and then was satisfied all around.

Very good customer service, Omar was great and made signing up very easy. Facility is nice and well maintained, much better than others I have seen.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Shelli made sure I was able to get my unit even at the end of the day and finally complete my move. The facility is very clean, no trash laying around and definitely secure. I was in such a hurry I forgot to lock my unit, no problems whatsoever when I returned the next day to lock up. Only suggestion I would make is to secure the exit keypad, makes it difficult to enter code when it wobbles.

The great experience began before I even got inside, one of the gentlemen working saw me coming up, opened the door for me and welcomed me inside. They were both very tenitive and worked together perfectly to streamline the paperwork/initial renting process. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I would definitely recommend them to others. This is a large, clean facility with lots of unit size options that seems very secure and is reasonably priced in my opinion.

Overall experience is awesome. The staff is very helpful. But the only concern i have is that this is a climate control storage unit, but it does not seems like that. Temperature in the unit is just like the temperature in non climate controlled unit. When I asked the staff, I have been told that the next door storage unit was open whole day because the people in next door unit was moving out, because of that the unit is not cold enough, but it was just the first day, I will get to know more about how cold the unit will be during my next visit to the unit. If the temperature in the unit is cold enough, then I will definitely recommend this unit with the price they offered to me.

Looks good on the surface, hard to rate accurately without some history. As we have had the unit for just a day, rates based on outward appearance and customer service in booking.
