David was awesome in helping me get set up and explaining my options. The facility is kept very clean. I would recommend this to anyone needing a storage facility.

The facility is hard to pull into safely off 1431 because the driveway is a steep hill. They have hours from 6-10 pm only which sound ok until you need something fir a holiday the next day. They raised the price on me twice from. $90 to $116 to $130. That is of a 50 % increase. When I asked to have a manager call me about this they never did. My only explanation is that less than the going rate and they can do that. I stored my stuff for years in a storage place and they never increased the rent so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand doing it within 4-6 months and then again in 2020 when people donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have extra money. But they obviously donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care because upper management never called.

Needed storage quickly and found them on online offering a good promo, making it a better deal than the many other storage facilities near by. The lady checking us in was very nice and helpful. I feel my stuff is safe with them. I would use them again in the future.

About six months after you move in, they raise the price. Otherwise, it's real clean and secure.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The hours are good, and they are very security conscious. You get a personalized tour of the facility, which are well-kept and professional looking. Almost good enough to live in, really.

I purchased my unit. I had to move my stuff in yesterday. I got to my unit at 8, and they had left the master lock on. I called their support, (emergency and main line) and was told that they can't do anything today.

Showed up on Feb. 27 for a reservation on a 100 unit. A gent named Mr.Mark helped me thick and through with any questions or concerns I may have had. Uncle bobs is great with good spacing units, A/C Controlled aswell

Very secure place and convenient location. Free use of truck/van for one full day if needed. Storage units are located behind a a fenced gate requiring a code for entry. The units shown were all clean as was the one I finally chose. There are temperature controlled and outside units. I opted for the outside unit as it will not be longer than into the summer heat. Be advised, as with most storage facilities, you will either have to have your own insurance (homeowners, renters) or purchase theirs. Your call on what your stuff is worth. Only issue I would recommend about this place would be to allow you 24/7 access to your stuff. Currently the hours are 6am-10pm

When my husband and I went to lease our unit my husband was sick. The whole time through out the leasing process the man whom was behind the desk was very sweet and caring continuing to check on my husband whom was over come by the heat. Escorted me to my unit and we talked the whole time I got to learn about him and he learned about us. There was a lot of laughing and smiling from start to finish. I would highly recommend this sight for storing to everyone. We will be long customers of this facility. Very sweet loving people!!!

Excellent customer service when I came in to sign up. Requires mandatory insurance which adds some to the price, but still a good value. Good deal with second month free.

The sign up portion was quick and easy. They help you with everything, to include setting up an auto pay option, if desired. A new and clean facility that looks secure, to include a daily walk through by the staff to check security and cleanliness.

Both people there were very friendly and made the process quick.

Elevator out of Service exactly by the time we arrived to the storage. No emergency phone number to get the information about the stair's door. So bad customer service because nobady advices us about it our unit location is the 3rd floor! It wasn't fun at all!!!!!

The service was great! Told me step by step how to move in and offered different services that I may need but was not pushing at all about getting them.

Plenty of available handcarts to get stuff from unload to storage unit. Clean and well kept. Only minus is lack of light fixture in the storage unit itself -- you have to load/unload with the light available from the automatic hall lights. Bring a flashlight if you want to search boxes for something specific. Help is friendly and eager to please.

Excellent customer service, reasonable rates - especially for climate control, no 30 day vacate notice required, no contract or automatic draft required, fairly new facility in Cedar Park so nice and clean.

Need to put signage up on 1431 do you can see where to turn in. Very poorly marked.
