only one thing: I wish there were maps on each floor so you could find the room easier

My Dad helped me move and said that it was the best storage facility he has ever seen. Very fast and easy to set up and move on. Only downside is that there are marked tow-away fire lanes everywhere around the multi-story storage building so we weren't sure where to park.

I feel the prices are a bit high for such a small 5x10, but cheaper than other locations I have researched. I have easy access in and out, perfect for what I need it for and that is to store a small amount of items.

I called the 800 number first and spoke to someone remotely. I advised the advertised price was lower than the price he quoted me. I was told the person at the site could adjust it which turned out to not be the case. But the employee at the site discounted another purchase, so that was helpful.

The unit was clean and easy to access. And Brandy gave excellent customer service and was very warm and nice!

Realized I was going to have to get a storage unit 1 hour before Closing time. Was able to get thru the entire process quickly and painlessly. Without even having to ask the on-site person suggested 24 hour access to help us and it was exactly what we needed to hear to alleviate so much stress and make the move that much easier!!! I wish I could remember the on-site persons name - she was absolutely fantastic and exactly what a business should hope for in their employees!!!

Amazing customer service. The manager didn't need to blow out the storage unit but before we got back to put our things in it was cleaned for us!

Thr facility is clean. The representative was nice
