The gentleman from Longhorn Storage called me back and he was great. Excellent customer service. SpareFoot was unprofessional & horrible. I almost canceled the storage rental because of SpareFoot. Thankfully the man from Longhorn assured me that once I sign the contract & pay the monthly storage fees, I will no longer hear from SpareFoot. And that SOLD me!! Shame on your company!!!
