Very professional answer all questions with no problem the place is very very clean each time I visit my storage unit the place always smells nice

There was a wet spot in the unit, but obtaining and access to the unit were easy. The front desk was also friendly and helpful.

My husband and I just relocated here. Waiting for our house to finish being built. We needed some short term storage for some items. Staff called me the morning I planned on checking in just to let me know that they would be out of the office for a short time. I was grateful for the call.

I got a call within 30 mins of booking to confirm how the place works and which locker I had.

In the process of buying a new house so we needed a climate-controlled space to house some items. Robert not only went above and beyond to carefully explain and walk us through the entire process, but he also did so without trying to oversell us on anything else. (CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE THAT!) I would highly recommend them to anyone AND I will insist you ask for Robert when you get there! This guy is awesome!

Great units and location, huge lot with lots of space. Very helpful staff and clean location. Priced very practically I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs, they have great outdoor storage options as well.

Really good customer service and thorough explanation of all of the details. However, upon first looking and creating my reservation was unaware that insurance was mandatory. So it did end up being more expensive than anticipated with the insurance, rent and initial registration fee. Again, the customer service was really good and the rate was by far the lowest against any other storage units in the area.

I have only one concern, my code did not work on my move in date. I was unable to move in that afternoon, it was after 3 on a Sunday. Please check your code at the time you recieve it. Otherwise, the facility and office personnel are great! I would recommend them any day!

Had to move suddenly and was desperate for storage. I found this website and it had the best deals by far. Within 3 minutes of making online reservation Amanda General Manager called to explain details and set me up. We got to facility 5 minutes before closing on accident and Sandy welcomed me kindly despite the delay. They helped me make sure I got right size even though it was a cheaper deal showing they genuinely care about my needs. Great new facility with very kind people!!!
