Easy to do the kiosk for the entire rental, step by step instructions was easy. I’m in climate controlled and it is very clean . Prices are good as well.

The storage was still full of things the door is broken and slams down

Overall it's a great place but I feel the access hours could be extended to maybe 11:00 or midnight since it's a gated facility

No trash cans, no dolly and no locks for sale. These are bare minimum items at a storage.

its fine, I like having a person there, it was not super easy to do this last minute. But we got it done.

Facility is in a good location, kept up well, and the unit was clean and ready to go. Price was perfect for the size of unit we rented. The only cons were that they indicated that there is someone on sight from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but there isn't, and their site info advises to let them know if you are military, but they apparently no longer offer the military benefit; we found this to be misleading because their information was not up-to-date. Otherwise, happy with it overall.

The storage units are secure and cheap for a person with a budget.

No human contact. All automated wasn't to crazy about that but still worked good. You need to explain the the wide and depth better got there was expecting 5' wide by 10' deep but got a 10' wide by 5' deep I was surprised I mean maybe it's just me .

Just have had spasmodic working temp controlled. Seemingly out during the worst times.

Very smooth and easy signup online and responded quickly with my unit and access number. They called to make sure all was ok too. The only concern I have is when I moved in what appeared to be a homeless person was camped out inside the gate. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t appear to be bothering anything, but since facility is monitored by cameras Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d think management was aware of it or at least I hope.

I mused to be at a SecureCare facility. To much money, poor upkeep, unfriendly staff.

Love price but the frist unit i saw was dirty with a dead mouse.

The reservation was quick and easy owever, I did have a bit of an issue when it came to the times fore move I. booked under the impression that it was 24/7 access however upon receiving the confirmation email it stated that love in was only till 9pm . I was thankfully able to make this work but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

All automated. Once you figure it all out, its simple.

I am currently storing a small truck in a unit awaiting probate court. I was able to also store some furniture. I have little room in my garage for these items, so this was available.

This new and clean facility was very easy to deal with for my self-service move-in. The experience was smooth and the phone assistance was helpful and polite.

The representative, Kim, was very helpful on the telephone.

Having had an emergency and needing somewhere to store my things I found your online service was quick and easy. I was able to rent, get my unit number and gate code quickly. Awesome. Will definitely recommend.

Using the facility so far has been positive. Help was available by phone. Only challenge was locating the keypad to enter; farther from gate than expected. Otherwise move-in was a positive experience.

great location. easy processing and getting your reservations taking care of when needed. and also very clean and well taking care of.

I hate phone applications, etc. but they made it fairly simple. I was able to book the unit and they sent an email signature contract which was easy to use once I figured it out. I had to change my unit and that phone call was even easier! He was very very nice, easy to work with, and knew his business. The unit itself is outside and quite dirty/dusty. Even the walls need sweeping, but again, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s outside. We covered everything with sheets.

Perfect, safe area... Just as web site states.

Highly recommend! Had a terminal to check in! Just put in reservation and paid with a card! Brought my own lock and moved my stuff in. Super easy!

I liked that they had a computer sign in, but wish I knew I had to provide my own lock.

Although they don't tell you this when reserving a unit, you find out after you get there with your load and you've paid for the unit -- you are required to have insurance on the stored items. We didn't want insurance, but the only alternative would have been to leave with our load and try to find another available storage place that evening. Also, the lock they sold in their own vending machine didn't fit the latch on the unit's door. We had to leave a full unit unlocked to go buy a new lock at a store and bring it back.

Over all the units are clean and easy to access. I was able yo reserve my unit and move my stuff in when I wanted to.

Once I got the hang of the kiosk, it was all fairly easy. I reserved my building online and went to kiosk and paid and was given the info immediately. Done. I just wished we could have access to it for longer hours.

First time renting a unit thru a kiosk and its my new favorite way to do so, and cheapest rent in town!!
