Great price, plenty of room for storage

I was able to get this unit very quickly, and gained access when necessary. Upon opening the unit there were dead bugs and was dirty along the sides of the unit. This unit was however decently priced.

This unit didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to be swept out and had bugs/ dirt all along the sides of the unit. Was however a decently priced unit as long as they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t try carving me fees at move out.

Good place easy to rent and easy access to the unit.

visualize the optimal clusterf**k, and this place goes way beyond that. stay away.

Unit was clean, and communication was clear. All moved it without a hitch.

I have been at this place for several months now and I haven't had a light at the unit I store at. Your not allowed to use the dumpster on site. And the man that does the drive around is very rude. I used the dumpster and he came by my unit and said I left my box by the dumpster,and I did leave a 1ft x 8in box by the dumpster, I said yes I did, because it was locked, and he acted like I denied it but I simply said I didn't know we couldn't use the dumpster. He hit the roof. I've felt as if I'm being stalked there. And I always hear weird noises from the unit behind me. He sent me an email because I left a few pieces of paper by my unit,after my truck wouldn't start and it was so dark I couldn't see and told me he was going to put a cleaning charge on me if it happened again, which I would have paid with a big apology,I had to call someone to jump me off. But light would have been great.And in all the commotion I forgot the paper. It filled my dustpan. I text to apologize and he told me in a text to leave.I told him I'm paid till the 3rd we will see if I get any money back or he sticks me with a cleaning charge.

The kiosk was so convenient. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t meet an actual employee but the kiosk was fast and easy. No wait!!

Not satisfied with having to pay 2 months rent for 5 weeks. Then when we returned to move out, everything in our unit was covered in dirt & grime. If your going to over charge me for the unit, you could at least make sure your building is up to par & able to store my items properly. The seals on the bottoms of the doors need to be replaced to make sure it keeps the excess dirt & bugs out. I could have stored them in my garage & they would have been in better condition.

It was fast and convenient. You walk in to building and process your checkin on a kiosk and everything is emailed to you. The maps are on the wall so you can see where your storage is located on the property.

So easy to book online, show up with my code and move in! Great customer service when I called and was confused on the location.

so the climate control system does not seem to be well although inside the room. but still at this price it is fine.

Overall, I am happy with this storage facility. The door on the end of the C building (closest to Wellborne Rd) will not shut properly and flings back open. It would be nice if somebody could fix it for better temperature control.

We are renting two storage units and have not experienced any problems. The place is as clean as you can get a storage unit and everytime we need assistance with anything the customer service at SpareBox has been good!

easy access to the storage and great customer service. ideal for what was needed!

We needed a good place to hold our stuff while weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re staying with family but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to pay an arm and a leg like some others in town. This was a perfect location, easy to get to, and the self serve kiosk was a nice touch! Very thankful we found this place.

I never got a notice to pay my rent and I had to figure out how to. Once I made an account it said I had been given a second notice and I never received any communication. I like the place and I am happy with the pricing, I just wish there was better communication

The internal lights are kinda scary, especially at night

Kiosk was efficient and easy to use, storage units seemed nice, no issues

It was easy to get the spot, it was full of dust and cobwebs and spiders. I had a hard time opening the sliding mechanism but no problem closing it.
