Storage King USA - 120 - College Station, TX - Wellborn Road

I rented this for my son's to use for moving out and in dorms. The people are super friendly and helpful that work there at Storage King. We were able to set it up for my kids all over the phone and tgen all my son had yo do was go by and pick up his lock and put it on the unit. Highly recommend.

I have rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit. The location of my unit is convenient and has plenty of room. The staff are always helpful if I have a question. I chose a facility that has on site staff. That was an important factor in my decision to choose Storage King USA. I like the fact that the gate hours are clearly posted on the entrance gate. Having access 7 days a week is very convenient. The facility is clean, not only the units but the floor and bug free. I would highly recommend Storage King USA if you have a need for extra storage space.

I think that this facility is super nice and friendly. I love the front office staff and think that they have a nice set up. I wish it was a little more lit outside at night but overall itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice place.

The price is great. I looked and compared in town and surrounding areas and they were the best. And I know you're thinking you get what you pay for right, I did. But this isn't that low budget type facility. It's nice and a safe location. Find out for yourself

The customer service is amazing and they we were willing to strategize with me to not overpay for a unit I did not need. The process was simple and effective and they allowed me to change my move-in date.

I purchased this unit online, so when I got to the office it all went very smoothly. I am happy with the service and attention they provided and would recommend them to anyone interested in a climate controlled unit.

I was looking to rent a unit in a couple of weeks. They showed me around and I decided what size I needed. They took my info and they said that they would follow up with me a couple of days. They give excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Adam was so helpful answering questions and guiding me through online registration. Then the sweet couple managing the facility could not have been nicer or more friendly, showing me around and giving me helpful moving tips. It was an all around good experience. Also, the facility is the cleanest Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Call a week before I needed a unit and was told the only was to get the “special price” was to book on the web. Was told at that time they had plenty of units available. Put in a reservation on the web and was only asked my name, date of move in, and unit size. I was really not comfortable with this and wanted to be able to put a deposit or pay for the unit…something. Could not do this on the web without starting the contract on that date. This caused timing issues for me so all I could do was get this reservation. My wife called the day before our move in to see exactly what we needed to do. Gave them our name and was told they do not have a unit for us. My wife says we have a reservation and was told that did not matter our name is all they need and the reservation number did no good. The online system was overbooking….sorry. So I told my wife I will go talk to them and see what we can do. I walked in the location told them I have a reservation. They ask me my name and I said I have reservation wouldn’t that be better than my name. I was told no. So, I told them my name and got a speech that they had already spoken to my wife. I then asked if they had anything else I could rent other that the size I had reserved. At that point I was informed they had absolutely no units. So I thinking to myself what kind of stupid games are they playing…..If they have no units why are they even looking up my name they knew already knew the answer. All I got was I’m sorry. Companies that have process problems and can only say I sorry and offer no solutions are worthless. I would stay away. I would have given them a 0 but the scale would not go that low.

Was only able to come after closing time, made concessions to stay late to meet me. Staff was extremely friendly, and prepared for any questions. Great facility, very clean, super helpful!!!

Prices were cheaper than most places. Allie set up my unit and was super helpful.
