Unfortunately on our first day we couldn't get in facility because wrong gate code being given to us at checkout. Then the smart locks on units wouldn't open with combo they gave us. Unfortunately lost first 24hrs do to all the incorrect information. Also make sure you get your storage in the beginning of the month, they don't pro-rated. Lost out on a whole month on the deal 1st and 2nd month free

Very hard to reserve without a real person to help that knows what he is doing. Wanted to see if size was right and refused to let me see unit. Told if I did not like to cancel rental. Still rented and size is right thru no help from employees
