The staff at Conroe Storage were very helpful. I needed to move my house in a hurry and they were able to accommodate me within 15 minutes.

The staff is very hard to get ahold of, will never admit to doing anything wrong or having bad customer service attitudes and will change the prices with no warning. They do keep it pretty clean and all my items have been safe, and I've been there for about 2 years, for the price it's not bad just tread carefully

THE WHOLE PROCESS TO USE CONROE STORAGE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY EASY. THE ONLINE SETUP AND PAYMENT, THE ACCESIBILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING SINCE DAY ONE. IT IS SO EASY TO USE AND MAKE THE AUTO PAYMENTS, I HAVE NEVER HONESTLY HAD A FACILITY THAT WAS THIS EASILY TO ACCESS. THANK YOU

I've had my units with Conroe Self Storage for a total of twenty years now. I started out with unit103 then had to get a larger unit a couple of years ago. Overall everything has been dealt with professionally and efficiently by the staff and I've been a satisfied customer for all this time. I can't see me renting elsewhere and you can't beat the price.

Conroe Self Storage has great prices. Their office staff is very friendly and professional. The place is clean, it looks like they are renovating the place. I called around and they have the best prices. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I would recommend. Great price for the Sq footage. Good customer service. Could be a little more clean but overall good.

Rude staff. Was stopped to be open until 6pm but no one was there. Units aren't numbered. Moss and plants growing all over the unit, not to mention it looks like it's going to flood.

Not too bad, new management is trying to fix things up and make it better though. Good rates and friendly customer service.

Good place, hidden location, but great office staff.

The staff was nice and professional. We were allowed to see the actual storage unit we would use before signing the contract. The price for 5X10 was cheaper than other storage units in the area. Property has security camera, each customer has own code to enter with from 6 am - 10 pm daily. However, it would be nice if the doors were properly marked with numbers on the unit so its easier to find.

Record keeping was not accurate. Unit is difficult to get to when it rains--water drainage is TERRIBLE. Lights were not working when at unit last visit. Not impressed.

I reserved on-line using Sparefoot. John was quick to call and confirm my reservation and very helpful when we arrived.

We found ourselves at 5pm on a Friday with a 26' Uhaul to unload and no house to unload in. My daughter found Conroe Self Storage online with the best rate. The staff was extremely helpful getting us taken care of.
