I reached out to them on a Wednesday because we wanted to start using the storage on the next day (Thursday) well I got their answering service and he took my info and set me up for Friday because the office is closed on Thursday. Well about an hr later I received a call stating I could register online and my keys would be ready today (Wednesday) so we could move in. Well, I was ELATED! Totally unexpected and glad we went with Cube Smart storage.
