Public Storage - Conroe - 1450 I 45 South

It was very easy to make a reservation, and when I went in, ahead of time, to pay, the person there was very attentive to cleaning everything that I would be touching. Very easy move in and everything was clean.

The unit is was assigned has paint chipping off. So, everytime I open or close the door paint comes flying off.

Nice clean place and reasonable prices

The facility is clean and the people in the office are very nice and helpful

Public Storage is safe & secure for my stored items. This is the second time using this facility. It is clean & the ladies at the front desk are always friendly, knowledgeable & ready to help.

I am always leary of my stuff being anywhere away from me. But after walking through the facility i am using and speaking with Ashley and Cheryl i feel pretty comfortable with storing my stuff. The hours that im allowed to access my unit are fair and the price is reasonable. My biggest reason for choosing public storage is the longevity of the company.

Office staff could not be more helpful, polite, good to go. Sign up bonus is a good deal. Units are clean. Gates and doors work well. Easy in and out off freeway. Gate Hours are OK, same as all other Public Storage. Clean accessible restroom. No complaints really, I have used this company over the decades many times being retired military. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement the drive up outdoor units need overhead lighting installed like the one in the Woodlands and most of them I have ever used. I do not know if the ones inside have lighting or not. The outdoor ones don't. During Winter hours that will present a problem after 5:30-6 PM.

Cheryl was amazing. She walked me through the process and made it so simple and easy. Was in and out in 20 mins and had my storage full by 5 pm that day. The facility is clean and the flat carts available are a lower back saver.

I had to write a review of my encounter with THIS Public Storage. Foremost what attracted me was the price, however after my arrival I was treated so kind and professional by Cheryl. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, however Cheryl restore my belief. As many people will read these reviews as I had and will continue to do so, feel safe to come here and believe that price And excellent customer service goes hand in hand here. Thank you Public Storage and Cheryl for such a pleasant encounter that lasted over a year.

Tha staff was very friendly and also helpful. She knew her facility and was helpful in that she wanted to be sure we had thecsize we needed for what we wanted to store.

Very pleasant people to do business with. The place is very clean, and well organized. The only thing I could suggest is that they had more than one flat dolly at each elevator. I've had to wait a couple of tine for more than 45 minutes for a dolly to free up.
