Self Service Storage - 1804 N. Frazier

An older facility near the heart of Conroe and convenient to 105 and N 336/75 ... the on-site manager (Darlene) is great to work with, and rates are very competitive. While an older facility, units are well-maintained and clean, and climate control is effective in hot weather. Units have swing-open doors (versus roll-up doors typical of most storage facilities), so very large items may be challenging to store. But anything that fits through standard home doors can store here.

Pricing is good and customer service is friendly. Be aware that climate controlled units have swing doors rather than roll-up doors, which works very well for boxes and small items, but is somewhat limiting for larger furniture.

You get a good size storage room for the price and the customer service was amazing.

Everything went great!! Both ladies were super sweet! Suggested a smaller unit because we didn't really have a lot of stuff and saved us money!! Not a lot of companies do that so we appreciate the extra mile and kindness!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the Clean storage units and that it is climate controlled. Great low price keeps me right at my budget preference. The Location is less than two miles from my house.
