After driving 10 hours the ladies made the process quick and painless! The only problem was we unloaded at night (due to the heat) but lighting was very minimal.

They were prompt and friendly to speak too. I'm happy with how they were kind too

Friendly staff, good prices, convenient location

The manager on-site was very outgoing and friendly. She gave me insight on special deals. She walked me to the actual storage I was interested in and check if it was spacious. Out of all the storage companies i inquire she was the one that called and talked to me over the phone. I recommend this place to any.

This location is a great location for me. Close to my work. I am able to drop off stuff and very convenient. I have no problems going in and out. I love the convenient hours. The space is great.

Loved that i got first month free..

I was told I would be able to get in during certain hours and when I showed up with movers I could not get in the gate. I was paying by the hour and it cost me a lot of money!! Had to wait til the gate opened in the morning to get in!! The emergency line was no help and quite rude! Cant wait to vacate!

John and Arlene were the best (AGAIN) - friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! The office and the property is just spotless and you leave feeling that your "stuff" will be taken really good care of!

Space and size was perfect for what I had to put in there howver it is not climate controles

a little disappointed at the prices of other storage units in corpus until this one popped up. Even without the special deal of our first month free, it was the cheapest we could find AND it's climate controlled!

My daughter and I needed a storage unit, we searched and found cube storage. We were very pleased with the friendly staff and attention. We will definitely recommend cube smart storage.

The lady that checked me in was EXTREMELY helpful and sweet. I haven't used many storage facilities but, this one was a great experience. Many thanks to the staff at this location.

The first unit I looked at had a very thick, black, wet oil, covering the back left side of the wall. It also did not seem to be secure of keeping weather, or creatures from ruining my belongings. I then decided to upgrade to a climate controlled unit. The interior of the building is very hot & humid. I'm concerned it will not be conducive for storing my items for any length of time. Also, on move in day, we ended up going past the time of what the property is opened. Because we lost track of time, we ended getting locked in to the facility for over half an hour while we waited for the person from the 800 number to access a working code for us. I understand being able to gain access to the unit after 10pm. However, I am extremely concerned about being locked in the facility. If someone has not been able to find something they need and goes past the 10pm curfew, I DO NOT believe they should be locked in!

Everything was clean clean and paperwork took less than 10 mins. Freat service overall

Will continue leasing here easy access, clean, and reasonably priced. I like the email confirmations and reminders and the staff was friendly.

Friendly staff who took me around in a golf cart. I did not know that monthly insurance was required. That information was not clear when I made the reservation. However, the facility is so nice that I decided to take a storage unit.
