The sweet lady at the front desk was awesome. I had already reserved a unit for Monday. When I came in , I got a ride in the golf cart to go check it out. It was perfect. Also, the grounds there are spotless. She even gave me a free lock and 1st month was half price. She totally made my day. I highly recommend them.

Took forever but glad I chose them. Too much paperwork for a storage unit they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take responsibility for. The people are nice. Even with my annoyance of it all and me trying not to show it, I was tired and knew I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t being as patient as I should have been. Facilities are clean.

The customer service was excellent. She took me to see the unit first and then made the process of renting it very easy. I am happy with my unit.

After going on a wild goose chase with a different storage facility, I ended up at Mini U Storage Crowley where I was greeted by Vicki and Chad. These are the most genuine, friendly, and down to earth folks you could ever meet. In a world where great customer service is practically non existent, these folks go above and beyond. I don't think anyone ever really wants to put their "stuff" in storage, but Vicki and Chad made the experience quick and easy. I would encourage and strongly recommend anyone looking for storage options to not waste their time going anywhere else but Mini U Storage Crowley. You will be so glad you did!!

Okay...so I don't normally leave reviews. I really didn't think to leave for a storage facility because I figured they were all pretty standard and similar. I was wrong! This place is so clean and the staff is incredible. I brought my little dog with me to unit (held the entire time) and the staff brought water and a little bowl for her. They also brought me water and the movers. They're always so friendly and go above and beyond! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well kept place.

Absolutely the finest storge rental experience I have ever had. The unit was appropriately priced for the size. My 10 × 10 unit was very clean and pest free. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable ! Not one complaint from this customer.

The 2 members of the mgmnt that are at this location are the most helpful, patient, and above all have very good PR. They always have time to answer questions or time to help out. I have rented before, and this is why I came back to this storage buildings.

The small climate controlled unit we needed was an exceptional value compared to other facilities in the area. The entire facility is well maintained. The couple managing the facility were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They installed metal shelving in our unit at no cost which allowed us to store much more than we originally anticipated. We would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

The facility is extremely clean. The management team (Cindy & Mark) really take pride in their work and it shows. Move in was fast and efficient while I was moving in my storage unit Mark came out and offered us some bottled water. I know that seems a small thing but it goes to show how caring they are. My last load of the day was pretty late at night and I had neglected to bring a light with me. Mark seen me moving in and brought a stand light out to help us get everything in the unit. He did this when it was 30 degree's outside and he stayed out there until we no longer needed the light. I cannot say enough good things about them. Whatever they are getting paid. They deserve more.
