Jordan has been outsatanding in all of our contacts and hi customer service is impeccable. He is quick and attentive. I am disapointed in the recent rent increase in the units that I have had for many months now. Since the facility has gone from a single-owner to Storage King the service, aside from Jordan, has been lacking. Luckilly we only have one more month that we need the service.

Jordan was fantastic so was the other guy canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t quit remember his name. Both of them were very helpful and very apologetic that I had to do all my own paper work. I guess company just got bought out. Yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all need to offer better insurance coverage or at least give people some names of insurance comp.

We rented a covered parking spot for our new RV. Jordan, the on-site manager, was awesome regarding quick response, providing information, and overall friendliness. I think we made an excellent choice in going with 1187 Self Storage. And using SpareFoot was easy. I didn't know it existed until it popped up in my search browser. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for storage space.
