Extra Space Storage - 3208 - Cypress - Barker Cypress Rd

I have to go to one side to unlock the doors with a code open other door then drive around because there isn't a way to open the out side door nearest to my unit. Also no dolly or moving cart like other facilities

Front desk personnel was great. Easy to access the indoor units. Price is great.

Units are clean, area is secure, the locks provided are good quality and pretty difficult to break, and customer service is really good.

I was lied to and told that I would be given a climate controlled unit that was a pull up space. The space I was given is climate controlled but it is inside a building and down a hallway! I rented a truck to have my items dropped off at the door to the unit and instead had to pay someone to help me move the items into the space because i could not do it on my own as planned. Then they applied insurance to my unit without my permission, even though I have homeowners insurance that covers it. And when I found out it took them so long to get the credit on my account that they charged me late fees because I said I wouldn't pay until my account had the credit applied! Horrible customer service, and they do not keep their employees accountable for what they promise to their customers. I will not use them again and I would not recommend that anyone else used them either! So disappointed in their services.

Very easy process. The staff seemed knowledgeable and willing to help :)

The young gentleman that answered when I called and then was at the counter was very cocky and full of himself. Other than that, everything went very well. I had to go to a different location for the truck. There was a lady there in training and she was very pleasant to work with. Considered changing locations.
