Candi was so helpful and everything was done so fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Had great conversation with her as well. She remembered me even though I had not been in for several months. She gave EXCELLENT service. I appreciate that so very much!

Overall a good experience but they need more crates

Candi was firm but to the point. The internet advertises one price and then when you rent two you do not get their offer on two even though they do not have one available in the size needed. This is due to corporate and not the local storage. I called corporate. Overall I am satisfied.

No better or worse than other storage facilities. Security could be stronger and the climate temperature could/should be set a little cooler, but, like I said, about average when compared to the competition.

Sandy is very nice and easy going and made sure you understand all the paperwork.

Only gave a four star because of price - had a friend that paid the same amount at a different storage and got a 20x30 instead of the 10x20 I got - service was great

Storage space was very clean and basically brand new. Shaneece was informative and helpful. Made sure to answer all my question considering this is my first storage unit.

Candi has been of great help to me. I needed additional storage and she was able to secure that for me. I have been so swamped with work I forgot to pay my monthly storage fee. She called and worked with me and saw to it that I was not charged an additional late fee since it was the first time my payment had been late. Thanks so much Candi!

I received a call the morning I schedule to move in. I put the wrong address in but Candi walked me through everything. I was so impressed with her I decided to use this facility which was only a few miles extra to drive. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility due to remodeling. I saw no evidence of remodeling. I highly recommend this facility.

The customer service lady was very professional. The facility was clean. I love how there is dollies to use on the premise. One thing negative was that the system did not show a certain size storage room, but the website did. This could be a little miss leading. Especially, when you drive 30 minutes to get there. Everything worked out because of the helpful customer service person.
