When I got there I told them that I had a storage on hold until May 12th the person I talked to on the phone said they would put it on hold until I got there I arrived early because my granddaughter got out of school early so we moved in on the 27th instead of me the 12th the lady that waited on me act like she didn't know what I was talking about she said she didn't have no idea and didn't see anything in the computer of anything being on hold I showed her the email that was sent to me but she had a nasty attitude about it but I'm pleased with the storage itself. I'm waiting to see you if they going to charge me the full $17 since I moved in at the end of the month the 27th of April instead of May 12th time will tell

I have used quite a few storage facilities through the years, and this is one of the best. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. Kelsey is very helpful and so friendly—it was a joy to do business with her. All this and I got twice the space for less money than I was paying for my former unit at another facility. (And it’s much closer to home.) I am very pleased!

Pricing is deceptive. The price varies, depending on where you located are when you search for a unit. There were two price increases in less than 12 months. I reserved a first floor unit for a specific move in date, but when I checked-in, I was given a second floor unit, with no forewarning or explanation or Before I moved a single item into my storage unit, I decided to rent a larger unit, the first month free offer was not honored on the larger unit because I was considered an "existing" customer. I moved out on the 2nd of the month but was charged for the full month. There are only 2 elevators for 1200 units and at one time, one or both elevators are frequently out of order. I would not recommend Public Storage based on my experience.

Due to social distancing - we made an apt for our move-in. This made completing the application and getting setup quick and easy! Everything explained was very clear - we were in and out within 25 minutes or so!! Facilities are great- very clean and extremely accessible! Pricing is very reasonable - would definitely recommend!

Michelle was very helpful and informative. She helped us and made everything so easy and pleasant! Great customer service!

Very customer oriented. 1 item; need to have that outside door work automatically when moving in a lot of items. Since other door has a lock, shouldn't be an issue. Thx

Great place but a little over priced also they lock up carts so be prepared to bring your own. They make you buy a lock from them its a cylinder ($21)lock so good luck finding one.

Great front desk staff - very pleasant and helpful. The one thing the Company needs to be up froint about is the requirement to purchase their special lock for about $22 as a condition of renting a unit from them.

Storage unit is clean, safe and conveniently located. I was told there would be carts to transport items to my unit and staff would give key. They clarified staff worked until 6 p, so to go before that time. I arrived around 5:15 and staff had left at 5 p, and did not respond at all to my phone message, even the next day.
