The facilities are great. The building is very clean. and this includes the space I rented. The site manager was easy to work with and had excellent knowledge of the rental process. Needless to say, I am very impressed.

They were so helpful with information and renting a space was super easy!

I went on-line an booked a unit for the advertised deal, but when the associated contacted me, I was told, "since I already had a unit I'm not eligible for the online apraxia rate. That's not good customer service. Rates should be available to all if they book online as advertised. But I'll be moving my things to another provider.

Melissa is a treasure. She's very pleasant and made the rental process so quick and easy. She definitely isn't one of the "tell" salespeople who have a memorized, one-size-fits-all presentation. Instead, she asked a few good questions to help us figure out what we really needed. The facility is also very clean and well kept.

Y'all have been awesome for the last 4 years. The property is very clean. The personnel are nice and polite.

I've had a storage unit here, for almost 2 years and all I can tell you is their Customer Service has gotten better and better! If you are lucky, you may get Ms. Nallely to help you and then you really do not have to worry about a thing. I had an issue with the door in my unit: she got it taken care of right away! She has an excellent knowledge of how important Customer Service is, especially in a place like Houston with so many storage places. She will do anything possible to help you!
