I went online and completed the application. I paid for the first month. It was very simple. Anyone should be able to do it. I had put my lock on but did not have the locking plate. The staff called me as soon as they noticed it and I was able to get there and secure my unit. Very professional.

Shirley made it easy to sign up for the storage unit, she was very patient showed us the unit, explained all the details of the lease.

I had a remote, contactless move in with no problems. Thank you

Office staff was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. That's very important to me. Didn't like buying a lock that I most likely won't need again, but I understand the security aspect of it. But I think it should be a choice.

My visit to public storage this weekend was a success. I want to commend Ms. Alexis for going the extra mile and helping us get a storage space in a timely manner. I had just arrived in from Dallas, Texaswas looking for storage space, with very limited time, this was the second place I had visited since my arrival. Ms. Alexis contributed to me choosing this location. She explained the ends and outs, she even covered the temporary cons with the construction currently in place. She made me feel comfortable in making a decision. I knew my assets would be in good hands. So thanks to her I left early without doubts. I am very pleased and will recommend with positive ratings all around.

My family always use public storage because the staff is always so professional & pleasant. They have ability to answer all questions. I just wished your hours were different and the location offered rental trucks.

I had a horrible experience at another Public Storage location and decided to choose this location. When I arrived Mary was AMAZING!!! Mary was very personable and took a geniune interest as to what previous bad experience I had at the last location and did everything in her power to make my transition to her location easy and pleasant.

I loved ever bit of the customer service... Ms Katina was very nice and helped me in every aspect that she can. Only needed the storage a short time but was still treated as a valued customer. The hours of access are convenient.
