There was broken mirror pieces a broken cup weeds growing from the outside in and cobwebs and spiders everywhere the whole place was covered in dust and dirt thanks for nothing

Rent is getting too high. Bathroom hasn't worked for over a year.

SpareBox Storage was easy to sign up. The people that I spoke with we're helpful. I will use them again if I need storage space again!

I made a reservation online in less than 10 min. When I got to the facility I was met with a kiosk, no staff members, which made me a little iffy. I followed the prompts and ran into a small issue, the pricing on the kiosk was different than what I had booked online. I called customer service and they happily fixed the situation by honoring the price that I had already booked online. It did take a long time to fix, but they were very kind, helpful, and efficient so I really didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mind. If they hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t handled it so well, this review would probably be completely different. I appreciate their representatives, I spoke with 3 different people and each of them spoke kindly and helped me as if I were someone they knew.

Very nice place quite very friendly people and very well maintained.

I purchased a 40 foot covered parking spot for my 35 foot boat. 35 feet from end of engine to tip of the tongue. When I arrived and put my boat in to spot C037, I could not get my boat fully under the cover. The utility trail behind me in C038 was parked all the way to the back of his side. That left only 30 feet of actual covered parking area for me. I have now spoken with your customer service four times. Trying to explain the situation. They state that the person in C037 only has a 25 foot spot. Very easy, he needs to move up 10 feet. The property manager claims I need to pay for a bigger spot. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make this dumb up. 40 ft spotﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ35ft boat and trailer. Not rocket science. Make the idiot in 038 move his trailer up, give me a true 40 ft spot, or give me all of my money back plus $200 for the hassle of moving my boat again to a different storage area. You decide. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been trying to get this figured out for 3 days.
