CubeSmart Self Storage - Dallas - 5505 Maple Ave

Jennifer was awesome helping me out and getting me all set up

well satisfied services in terms of price, customer services and the facility

I rented a unit here in April 2022. Reserving was easy and the unit was ready on time. I had no issues during the move in process, and the unit was clean and spacious.

Toni was very helpful and courteous throughout process. Her time and attention to detail and requests were met perfectly. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great facility, good amount of space for the money and very helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend to friends!

The lady that called to confirm my reservation was kind and helpful as was the gentleman that helped me get set up. I was very impressed with thier professionalism.

Check in was super smooth, carts available and easy access to elevator made my mom very quick

Eployees were very accomodating. An elevator was/is out of service and without me making a fuss and simple request they moved my unit and made adjustments in my favor.

The process was quick and straightforward. After showing me the unit, she volunteered to switch me to a closer one for my convenience which I appreciated. I would recommend to a friend.

This process could not have been easier. Booking online was simple, and price is very competitive. Service was excellent during move-in and probably took less than 10 minutes overall to process the move-in. Access is simple and easy and facility couldn't be any cleaner.

Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a facility.

Everyone at CubeSmart are such friendly and professional individuals! They made the whole process easy and painless! The facility is clean and new. The move in process was so quick, using the complementary carts, spacious elevevators and easy access units. I would highly recommend the Dallas Maple location to anyone who may have storage needs!

Michael with Cubesmart was passionate about the tenants and made the leasing process seamless and fast. I am confident that my things stored in the facility are safe and that at any time of day, the facility will remain clean. I would definetly recommend this storage facility to a friend!! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in a great location as well.

Managers on-site were very helpful and got me into the unit I needed within minutes!

Great staff, facility, and storage prices. A must see!

Storage unit is overpriced. I met with the manager & she is top-notch!! She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!! I say give her a big raise & a promotion!!

Prices are too high. Met with the manager and she was AWESOME!!! She was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!! Give her a big raise and a promotion!!!!

Best storage facility i ha e been to

Appreciate the straightforward procedure and eased move- in provided

She was prepared and gracious, super friendly and efficient. I felt secure and taken care of immediately. The space is quite a bit more costly per month than a comparable unit at Public Storage, but I think it is more secure from external and internal violation and theft.
