Alexis was very nice, the process of getting set up was simple, it was clean and the price/special for a climate controlled unit was great.

Google search found thus location and was least expensive than all others in area. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented other storage facilities before so I was apprehensive going in. Alexa was very friendly, gave me several options of time windows to meet., and reserved a unit before we met. The agreement was thoroughly explained and with the electronic capability, the time was shorter and easier than all others. Then she informed that my unit was climate controlled so my expectations dropped again thinking of the last stuffy dark unit I had. Again, I was blown away as the unit and bldg was extremely clean, great auto lighting, with a very comfortable temperature (even in Texas)!! Definitely a reason to recommend to others!
