This rental was a problem from the time I reserved and paid for online and only got worse. My payment doubled for next month after I rented unit, then I got there about 15 minutes before the gate access closed and I couldn't even get into my storage I called their 1-800 number and didn't get any assistance couldn't get a hold of the manager....Not happy!1
