Kameron helped me get settled in. Really nice guy. Very helpful. Love the facility. Secure. Very clean. Looks new, but I know it's been there for a few years. Easy processing to get checked in.

The slorage space is well setup. Not comfortable that the price will change at some random time in the coming months rather than being a standard rate for at least a reasonable period of time (i.e. 6 mo, 9mo, 1 year,etc.) Insurance price should be included in rental prices advertised to indicate real monthly costs.

Angel and Megan were so helpful and understanding. The made a stressful time easier. They worked with my budget and helped me in choosing the appropriate size unit. Thank you!

Angel was great! Moving stinks but at least one part of the day was easy and went smooth with her expertise.

Customer service was great, I enjoyed my time with both employees. I was disappointed by the specialized lock and the mandatory insurance.

Perfect storage and very secure

The reviews are true folks. This is a really great, clean, efficient and well operated storage facility. Megan was super friendly, answered all questions, and was very accommodating— I made about 3 or 4 different changes and it was all good. Highly impressed with the great customer service. The facility is amazing — love the quiet neighborhood it’s in. It has several great security features: access codes for main entry, elevator entry, cannot go to random floors where your unit is not located, surveillance, set operating hours etc. Highly recommend!

They helped me out a lot and this facility was exactly what I needed for my overflow furniture. Very sleek and clean and a fairly new facility. It's not cold in the facility per se but I feel safe storing paint in it.

If you need a little or alot of space they have it all! The customer service is excellent. The space is clean and well lit with automatic sensors. The elevators are big and roomy with complimentary carts to use if needed. Comfortable climate control and they even have bathrooms on each floor. This is a far cry from days gone bye.

I've been going through some hard things in life, and certain circumstances were going to prevent me from being able to rent the space! However, the manager was very compassionate and helped me come to a solution! Went above and beyond!

I have no complaints. Nice clean location, stores are in good condition and very clean. The lady that helped me check out was cute, friendly, professional, and able to answer all questions.

Justin is great. Even made sure to adjust the doors to open automatically while I was unloading while he was on site. Place looks and smells brand new. Best storage spot I've ever paid for. Not kidding.

I love the security. I appreciate the way the manager controlled the elevators for max efficiency. He showed me how to install the locks. Entire move-in took 1 hour.

Brand new building with very nice units. Unfortunately, the folks who operate the building are more focus on the bottom dollar than their customer. There is a mandatory insurance (approximately $15 - $40) that they recommend you purchase through them. Also, they will recommend that you buy a special lock ($16) through them. There is an admin fee (approximately $30) due upon move in. Lastly, the contract is month-to-month and the manager made it clear that they increase rent at least once a month. I doubt I keep my valuables here more than a year. I could handle the hidden fees, etc. if there were good service, but the primary manager is just sort of a jerk.
