Go Store It - Balch Springs - 3932 Hickory Tree Road

This is a large facility with a lot of units if I had to compare kinda like public storage but better in cleaners, prices, and customers service.

The reason I gave customer service 3 stars cause I havent went into office or met anyone that works there. But I like it a/c, clean, they give you a lock, clean floors nice spacing for the one I needed at a good price too.

Easy access off and good location. It would be a good idea to have all your paperwork before you go in if storing a vehicle, trailer or RV. Only one seguestion, it would be nice if the check in area had a podium to lay your paperwork on to upload photo of it.

It was the easiest I have ever experienced .Doing it all online was the best only took 20 mins maybe quicker.Thanks Go Store It

It was easy to access and dollies were available to use for unloading. I like the climatized unit which was a good value

There's no live person to talk to when you need help with something at the facility there's nobody's to help you.
