I have moved around a lot.Four months ago, I have moved back to DFW from OKC. I have found this self storage from the web . I used different self-storage-unit services before. I met the lady & man who work there; very warm welcome, friendly and helpful; they took times to look for a unit that I have required and got it for me with a very good deal plus discount and free lock/key which Every customers will take with them when they moved out from the unit. Wow..I have paid at least $19.95 from the other unit services before. This one is free and take with me. Unfortunately, I have rent a house and I have to move my stuffs from the Unit. They said THANK YOU AND Good bye in the wonderful manner AS SAME AS i first met them. I will definitely use their services again, whenever I need one. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Randy, he showed me the unit before signing the lease to make sure my things would fit. When I needed the unit, which was very last minute, I was able to sign within 15 minutes and move my things the same day! I compared a lot of companies and their price could not be beat! I would definitely recommend Macho Self Storage!

The location is a bit of, looking at it in a map, but it is a quick turn off northwest highway, turn under the highway and you are there. A free truck rental to help with move in?!?!! What?! Wow!!! Now granted, the motor needed work so the day I used it, the truck was super crazy loud and a bit of a beast, but they let me use it longer for free and worked with me on getting it back after they closed. Facility is very clean, well lit and maintained.

I searched the internet and found Sparefoot.com. I called and spoke with a helpful and nice representative. She was amazing! I told her what I needed and she referred me to Macho Self Storage. When I arrived it near closing time. The lady was super nice and signed me up, gave me a lock and a bag of useful welcome goodies. I paid a fair price. I love the customer support and service.

This place is AMAZING. The prices are half of anyone else, with NO GIMMICKS; they have a free truck and even include a free lock when you rent. They aren't trying to nickel and dime every little thing. The staff is warm, funny and really cares. The only complaint is that the doorway on a 5x15 is NOT 5' wide - more like 4.25 feet wide. Manageable but misleading if you're expecting 5' clearance.

My wife and I were looking for a place to store our extra things and came across Macho. We were ready for the same old, same old. We were pleasantly surprised when we were treated as actual people and given that old time customer service that has seemed to have disappeared from our society. The facility was clean, organized and above all else the staff member was kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Macho self storage.

I've rented out the 5' X 5' storage that day to store 6 luggage bags for myself and 2 friends. Rental cost is about USD34 per month even though we just need it for 3 days while flying with Spirit Airline to Orlando. Nevertheless, that cost is consider cheap rather than paying more luggage charge to Spirit Airline on return tickets. We also never bother to pay more on rental car to get extra luggage space. Thank You Macho..

Linda the manager was very receptive. I contacted her to reserve a storage unit and she was super nice and professional on the phone. I arrived in Dallas, but had to change my reservation 3 times because of the movers jerking me around, that is another story in itself. Linda was more than willing to work with me. Once my stuff arrived I went to the Macho location and they are the nicest people to deal with. We chatted while doing the paperwork and since they allowed up to 10 pm to bring in my boxes I was done that evening. The place is clean and I feel my stuff is secure at Macho Storage.

There wasn't too many people around so I have plenty of room to do what I need to do when I need to. I like the layout of this storage location it's more comfortable than other ones I've been to
