Lorrain is delightful! She is a very hard worker and if anything needs to be fixed she will have it done asap. She is businesslike but also sweet and friendly. More managers should be like her.

Moved things in to a 10X10 “climate controlled” unit. The A/C broken throughout the building and it was showing 88 degrees. I had a 3rd floor unit and about 75% of the way finished unloading my moving truck the elevator quit working. I tried calling the customer service line and even left a message. No one got back with me about the A/C or the elevator. I had to finish carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs in the blazing heat. The experience was less that ideal to say the least.

Checkin was easy and they provided a dolly.

First unit had water damage. Had to ask a few times to suddenly find an available unit somewhere else.

No problem with the service.

When moving we discovered we needed one more smaller unit. Your policy was it could not be added without another $24 fee. Which also caused another $10 credit card fee. We could prorate days of month but found when our ability to move into our new housing in the second of the month we would be required to pay the whole amount for the month. Seems your policy is “gouge the customer. “

It looks like a good value for the price. I haven't been there long enough to give a solid opinion.

It's an awesome place! The only problem I have is, the elevator! It's not working, I need to take some boxes and furniture to my storage place!!!

Melissa was very nice and efficient, they had available units for the lowest price in town. I also purchased the storage insurance for my own piece of mind.

Monica was so understanding and patient with someone who is never done this before. Showed me a couple units explained the insurance, all went very well. Explained about moisture, showed me the different boxes available,I didn't have to ask. Great customer service.

I am fairly new to this storage and just moved in about a week ago. So far the experience has been good. The service that was provided was good and very helpful.

Everyone I have encountered at your company has been outstanding. From Anna at The West Mockingbird store in Dallas to Tonya at the location where I eventually rented at Royal and I35. Both very pleasant and knowledgeable.
