The self service kiosk makes renting a BREEZE! Easiest process ever. And if it acts up, it automatically connects you with live videoconferencing with a specialist who can walk you through the process.

This facility was very secure and maintained and am going to always use there service

A little shocked that there is no live person at the facility to help. The people who helped me through the kiosk were friendly and helped me get my unit in short order.

Great customer service , quick and with no issues. This business is how business used to be back in the day but more technology updated.

Door entrance nearest my unit was broken, and still is. Unit itself was clean, climate control appeared intact, and Michelle was helpful in getting me what I needed.

We actually rented a unit at the E. Northwest Hwy facility but it is not listed. Michelle provided great CS and was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. All good!

Only problem I had, it was to hard for me to drive a 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck inside of the property.

Not the best but works. Not that easy accessing second floor to my storage unit but like I said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll work.

Public storage is a great place to use, online reservations, great price, the location I chose is close to my home and very convient for me and the family.

Recently rented a unit from here. Reserved it online and went in the next day to pay and move in. Jason Strange and his team (Dana helped me out, too.) made the whole process easy as possible! I was in and out in under 20 minutes and felt great about the experience. They were even able to move me in to a unit much closer to the elevator than the system originally reserved for me with no hassle, fuss, or extra charge. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Jason called to verify my reservation shortly after I made my selection online. Once I arrived he did everything possible to make sure I chose the correct size for my needs, and to ensure I had any & all supplies I may not have thought of. He showed me where my unit was, explained everything about it's use, & went over all paperwork thoroughly. The only thing I didn't like was having to spend $19.99 for a cylinder lock I'll never get any other use out of. If you're going to rent...bring your own lock people!

All associates, specifically Manager Jason and associate Brandon, were courteous and attentive. They made my move in easy, answering all of my questions and helping me to feel at ease. Highly recommended!

Yet another great experience with a Public Storage facility. Jason was outstanding. I needed to rent a space for my son from 1500 miles away. Moments after my online reservation he called and confirmed everything. I told him my son would be in town that evening and he was ready for him with a very clean space. He then called a few days later to check and make sure we were happy with everything. If I could give more stars I would!!!

I used Public Storage years ago. I am glad to be using them again. I appreciate the ability to store items in the dark to prevent light damage. I also appreciate the ability to drive up close to unit and the professional staff. All at a great price.

I recently started renting with Public Storage. They were able to get me set up the same day I inquired about a unit and I moved in that same day. The reason I chose them over the other place I was considering was for the size of their door to the storage unit. The door is the width of the unit (10ft); therefore, you can easily move you things in and out, without having to maneuver through a small door that's only a few feet wide. I did not give them 5 stars since they do have a couple fees, including the mandatory lock you have to use for their units. They're the only one who sell it which makes it a little pricey.

i'm pleased with transaction with public storage. it's clean , affordable & staff is great.
