Public Storage - Dallas - 1605 Vilbig Road

This is my second time renting a storage unit from this company. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always been clean and they help is courteous, but this time I had to do it online Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m an old dinosaur and that kind of discouraged me a little bit to wait on.

Stacie is so kind and patient.She was so sympathetic with my situation.My landlord sold his property and gave us (the tenants) short notice to move.I lived there for 17 years.I was so stressed out it truly affected me in a bad way.Stacie made this step of my process a little easier to bear.

Every thing it's ok, but is spensive, and the price in the web it don't shows others charges.

The office ladies we're very friendly and helpful. I broke my wrist unloading and they helped me open the door.

I realize that maybe the rolling carts get stolen, but you need to always have them available, and more than just one cart for 100's of units of storage. The only one there gets locked in the office after 6pm. That makes it impossible for people getting off of work to transfer their storage items, especially for those who have a unit all the way in the back and can not carry heavy items or furniture without a cart. Can you devise a better system where users can account for cart usage and return, so that storage renters have access to a cart? thanks

Friendly personalities and an easy move experience. Mike who was my sales rep, was so nice. He seemed to be a very sweet and caring guy. He understood my need to move fast on a very small budget. He told me about their special and got me in quick. I was very pleased with my price and my storage space.
