Public Storage - Dallas - 1611 Chestnut St

I needed a place close to where I was moving from I found it.

The experience was great and the agent at the store was phenomenal! Grateful I found this storage.

I recommend this location to anyone. We was greated by Joshua he was very welcoming and assisted us. He even walked us to our unit. I'm glad I chose this location. Josh did a good job.

directly across from dpd and Marshall office, but closed at 6. staff is awesome but rule of this facility is just stupid. no parking at all. so much s we security to get to storage, WHY? WHO EVER MAKES MAJOR DECISIONS FOR THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO RETHINK BECAUSE CLEARLY THIS IS A VERY BUSY PROPERTY AND IT'S DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM 2 POLICE AGENCIES. PARKING IS SO LIMITED AND CARTS ARE TOO. 1 ELEVATOR GOING. IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FOREMOST AT THIS PLACE. SUCH SECURITY AS Y'ALL HAVE IT SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM STAYING OPEN LIKE ALL OTHERS WHO ALSO HAVE HOMELESS PROBLEMS. THIS IS A HARD PLACE TO STORE STUFF AT. 2 CARTS FOR ALL THOSE UNITS. 1 ELEVATOR. MAYBE CORPORATE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT IT. IT'S S NEW PLACE, DON'T GET IT

Awesome lot of security super clean

Had to change my move-in date through no fault of the facility. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process. The on-site personnel are great!

Parking cramped,people hoard the carts.Place is squeaky clean though,and staff is good.

Kimberly was awesome! She was very pleasant to work with. When I selected a unit that was too small for my things, Kim was able to cancel and get me into a larger unit very quickly.

Kim was a great help an always pleasant anytime I came into the office to ask a question also I love the fact on how secured the building is it truly makes me feel safe leaving my belongings in the building
