After making my reservation online the manager of the storage facility called within a few minutes and I was able to go in and have all the paperwork done within the hour. Super easy and convenient.

Renada at preston frankford is wonderful. 5 stars for her. Unfortuneately, Ed, from Hedgecoxe Plano, who happened to be subbing for her the day I came on site at Frankford to rent my unit, gave me a "temperature" controlled unit withba huge floor to ceiling gap about a half foot wide on the outside wall, which I discovered the next day when it wasnt so dark and cloudy outside. Sunlight and frigid cold air pouring into the unit floor to ceiling in this wide, really wide, crack. Renada had to work extra hard on the system to switch me to a useable unit. Screwed by Ed. What a disaster he made out of my 2nd day, all the re-lifting, moving, running to the decent unit. He couldnt have cared less about the garbage dregs unit he gave me, with alot of fast social chit chat like a real sales pitch. BS. I tried to get him on the phone...the system wouldnt "let"(?) them find him because my unit wasnt at his location. My lawyer will be contacting the regional manager once we find him, and be assured we will. Thanks Renada, for fixing Ed's mess.

Moving from a non-climate controlled Public Storage facility to another location on Preston Road that had a similar size unit available that is climate controlled. Worked with Greg the Manager. He was polite, eager to serve and got me squared away for my move-in quickly. Walked out signed up and good to go. These guys are pros. Good price too!

I have used this place to store my car for few months. I picked this place because it's near to preston and convenient location. Also it was easy accessible. But the only thing I have against them is not clearing things how to cancel the lease when you are signing up. Like you have to give around 2weeks notice before you vacate. I ended up paying one month extra. Also why storage places doesn't allow customers to have their own keys. Those small keys costs us around $20.

Service was good. Had an issue with them requiring you buy their $20 speciality lock only good on the unit and finding out when vacating it is non-refundable. Total rip off!!

Scott was great, he got me exactly what I needed, two 10X20's side by side. Prices are very good as well. Convenient location, close to 75, gate open from 6:00am till 9:00pm. This was the perfect place for me to store my stuff.
