Entrance, elevators and hallway are a little tight to maneuver, but we made it work.

We just rented a unit at Public Storage. Christy was extremely helpful in signing us up and walked us through the facility explaining everything. So far, all is fantastic! We were interested in getting a climate controlled space near our operating facility and this location is perfect.

I have never rented a storage location before but we did go in and have a really good experience recently. From start to finish, everything was great. Everything was explained well, we were shown several units and we were even told the differences in booking online vs in person but we went ahead and booked in person, even though it cost a little more, since the company's representative was so, so helpful.

Easy check in and so far no issues with the storage facility. It would be nice if we didn't have to get out of our car to punch the gate code to get in and out of the facility but other then that it seems great. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Good convenient location just north of US 183 on N. Lamar. It was an easy administration check-in process and they offer fair market rates. Security is solid and common areas are keep clean. Wish the ceiling was insulated to help keep the summer temperatures down.

The online setup process was simple and made the in-person process even easier. When I arrived, I was shown the storage room I would be using and I finished up the sign-up a few minutes later. Super easy.

I just want say that the service from Gari was excellent! She stayed late just to take care of us! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She went above and beyond and we are looking forward to doing business with her for the next couple of months. I hope that she knows how rare it is to meet such a genuinely nice person! I would definitely recommend this location.

I was here yesterday when Gari had an office full of people and she was so fantastic with everyone. She even had a very difficult customer in the middle of all of the rest of us and even though he came in with an attitude she was still really nice to him. What I was told on phone was exactly what I got. No surpises! Great staff! Especially Stromi...she was so nice and even with the raining weather! Great place feel my stuff will be safe.

Other than the uneven bumpy entry into the climate controlled 3-story building, I love this place. The customer service & care is super. A little more attention to the on-site restroom would also be nice. But having a variety of unit types & styles in this great location with lights in the 10x10s sold me!

Reserved my space online, Tasha called me the next day to schedule a tour. When I arrive at the property later in the week Tasha was just as friendly and helpful as she was on the phone. I loved the location; I feel safe there when I have to go alone. I also love the cart that's available to help me carry my loads faster to my unit.

I chose Public Storage because it was 5 minutes from my house and because of the free first month. The location was secure and clean and management was always available when needed. Equipment (flatbeds) was always available in the elevator lobby of my storage building. There was no sign of rodents or bugs. I would use this company again if needed.
