Public Storage - Dallas - 2320 N Central Expy

Everything was great, however I was told there was an elevator I could use for my storage unit on the second floor. Given the winter storm we are going through right now, it made things extra difficult when I arrived and the elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs. Otherwise everything was good.

Makayla was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We are glad to do business with Public Storage knowing that Makayla will take care of us should any issues or needs arise.

I enjoy the facility and staff.

My brother had a unit here and I thought I would try it out. He said the customer service was very good. So I made a reservation to look at your units and Makayla was the person that I spoke with. She followed up with me even though I wasn't ready to get a unit for another month. She kept in contact, we made an appointment, she sent me two reminders of that appointment and she was very pleasant when I came in to actually view the unit and rent here. I'm seldom impressed with the service industry, but she was a welcome surprise.

The front desk staff was quick concise and so helpful. Great attitudes and really made a rough day of moving a little brighter.

I have had a great experience except when I moved in and the elevators were down so I had to use the stairs cause I had a moving company with me so I got charge for extra timing but other than that great!

Terrible customer service, rude employees

Quick, easy & friendly service! Needed a 2nd temporary unit and they gave me one right next door to the one I had which will make it so much easier for the movers to move everything out saving me time and money!

I made a last minute reservation and received a prompt telephone call from Shawn regarding my request. Once I arrived, he was very informative, helpful, and appeared genuine. He helped seal the deal!

Storing your stuff is often, if not always, a pain. Being greeted by staff like Shaw, makes it easy, almost enjoyable to get a locker, pick up essential packing supplies, and a reliable lock, takes much of the stress out of the process. It's really too bad that he can't be at every Public Storage location. Kudos to Shawn.
