Public Storage - Dallas - 2840 S Westmoreland Road

I rented a 10x10 unit that was listed as having a roll-up door, and therefore expected to have an 8-10 foot wide door. It has a 3 feet wide tiny roll up door.

I had a very pleasant experience renting my unit at the Westmoreland site...I was in need of a unit ASAP on a Sunday morning & Mrs. Linda was more than happy to help. She was very professional & courteous, she went above & beyond to accommodate us. I could tell her number one goal was to make sure that her customers are satisfied, she was so sweet. I had very excellent experience with public storage. The ladies there were very helpful and professional. I would recommend anyone to share the same experience. Their down to earth and very understanding and made me smile . I was having a frustrating day, but with the help of these ladies I was in and out in no time . Thanks again ladies .
