Assigned to wrong unit; unit reserved online unavailable at check-in;online reservation information about facility was incorrect; didnt realize until check-in that access closed at 6 pm daily: INCONVENIENT DEAL BREAKER!

You get what you expect. Good service from front desk, good space for good price. Clean, safe, easy to manage. The ONLY thing, if that matters to you, it really doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t matter to meﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ was that they charged you for a lock fee (you need one anywaysﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ) and hours are not 24/7. They are 6-6 during the week and 6-5 on weekends. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s it.

Wifi access is awesome. Insurance mandatory is not.

Staff were on the ball and able to give me several alternative storage choices (inside access, outside access, ground floor or upstairs/elevator access etc) with prices and features for each so I could decide which one I preferred.

Great communication from everyone I encountered at Public Storage. Customer service is their priority.

The team at the Walnut Hill location is awesome! Best rental experience yet!

My sales associates Mercedes & Alicia were very polite and sweet. They were both informative and displayed great customer service and truly cared about my experience at public storage and made all the right recommendations for me. I definitely recommend this storage facility!

Alicia dillworth is a very great worker she is the most helpful person I've met today she helped me with every question I had and she needs a raise ! I don't quite know what the other girls name was but she was nice too ??

My experience working with Alicia at this location was exceptional! Not only is she positive and energetic, she is extremely helpful. She was patient and took her time showing me the various units that were available. I would recommend this location to all of my friends because of Alicia's awesome service!!

I made a reservation online after hours and was called before they opened the next morning to find out when I wanted to come in. Great customer service. I met with Brandy when I arrived. She was new, but very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me the storage unit and answered all of my questions. Paperwork took a few minutes and I was all set. Great experience.

Alicia and David were very helpful eventhough we didn't end up renting here they tried very hard to help us in any way they could. Its a great environment and the workers are awesome at finding the best solutions to your problems. Would definitely come back.

Well first off miss Alicia was amazing!!! This place is wonderful! Great news they are updating their security even better now! You will definitely feel even more secure with your belongings here as well! Everyone in the office was great and very nice people!! Come and store your things here!!! You won't regret it!!! ??

I have been the tenant since 2011 & I did not had any problems whatsoever, whenever I requested any service it was promptly provided. Good Job!

The facility is great and the staff are welcoming. Very pleased with service except for the fact I have to pay insurance that is almost 1/2 of the total rent price. I verified with my insurance company I could take out a policy with them but this facility would not allow me to use my own policy.
