Was super easy to book online. I booked on Monday evening. Was able to move stuff in by Tuesday. Keys in the unit and easy peasy. Pricing was great!

Good price, good quality, but the facility is a little hard to get around, could use some signs inside because the numbering doesn't seem to make any sense. Also the hours are way too restrictive.

I never received my information for move in. I even called the number on the office door, left a message, & a month later still havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t received a call back to check to make sure everything worked out. I had to call the corporate customer service number to get sorted.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very disappointed with the lack of help & customer care that was given upon move-in. I was not given the information to get inside the initial gate. So, I inquired with the number in the email confirmation, that person told me that I had to contact the on site people. There was no one on site so I called the number on the door & had to leave a vm. A week later I still have not received my call back. I contacted customer care again & was sent an email equipped with the info I needed to enter the gate only to find that there are ZERO carts available for clients. There are signs all over stating that carts are available & I found none. I asked staff about cart availability & they shared with me that they in fact have zero carts available

I was very impressed over all with every detail and the security. I was unsure from just looking at the website information. It is the right place and the storage area feels larger than described. There is no lighting inside which is a downfall so bring a flash light or a means that is battery powered for lighting.

I moved my studio apartment furniture and belongings into a 5x10 storage unit. The unit was ready to go with my lock and the code and information was sent to me the day before I moved in. I was very happy with the contactless experience, given the pandemic. Perfect for what I needed and no problems moving in.

Recently rented my storage unit very clean very spacious. I love the price and most of all i love the manager Bibi who was very nice through out my rental and provided me with all the information i needed.

Great customer service!!! And friendly staff they rock actually and I had a huge problem getting things done at other places there was one on pleasant run off 35 here in Dallas and she was okay but just not friendly and accommodating. The one on mocking bird right off 75 in Dallas was very helpful in pointing me to the right facility because I went to the wrong location

Beth and Marisela are both so very helpful here. I've never had any problems with my items being stored here. Hallways are well lit, gated access, large drive ways, friendly staff. I just closed my account because I got my new place but I would definitely use them again if I needed to. They also have all the packing supplies you'll ever need and multiple push carts you can use. ??????

Beth, called my phone literally 10 minutes after I reserved my 5x5 storage space. However when I mentioned all that I was bringing along she suggested that i go one size larger to the 5x10 storage unit. When i met Beth for the first time she had a bright and welcoming smile on her face. She helped me get settled into my storage unit quickly because she feared that the rain would damage my furniture. She is literally the sweetest and one of the most caring employees I've seen work for any company. So far I've had no issues. The storage units are very well kept, Very clean.

Beth, this is a great experience moving right into Dallas! She wasn't very helpful. Beth explained everything in detail and was great at helping us with whatever was needed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Naomi the property manager was super crazy awesome! She knew exactly what I needed, showed me the space because I had no clue about storage and she even showed me all the packing supplies they have!!! So much wow! So excited! Thank you for everything and your awesomeness! ?????
