Jill, the property manager, was very generous with her time in explaining the charges and procedures for renting and occupying a storage unit, and very helpful in facilitating the move-in. I am extremely pleased.

The manager with very knowledgeable your location with Mary clean the room was nice and clean but the hallway was a little warm. But overall it was a very nice experience

I spoke with Juan (July 4th) and went by the office to secure a storage space. Juan is very personable, knowledgeable about this property and answered all my questions thoroughly. Truly....very professional and offered if at any time I have questions, do not hesitate to call the office and get them answered. A very neat and clean facility and I feel confident my personal belongings are secure. I love the setup of the facility and its security features. I definitely will be recommending this facility to others.

I had been given a wonderful service by Ms La Shonda. She is very helpful and posses a great knowledge of the services public storage had to offer. I have been a customer since October of 2016 and Ms La Shonda gave us a warm welcome, as anyone knows moving is stressful as it is and she made it so easy for us. Ps should be lucky to have an employee that takes a pride of what they do like ms la shonda. Ms La Shonda is an asset to ps and she should be commended. I know where to be if and when I need a storage. Thank you Ms La Shonda for great service.

I just wanted to note that Juan he is the best. Has plenty of knowledge about his job and patience. If you're looking for great customer service and a great place to store your things public storage at the intersection of Ledbetter and Westmoreland is the place. Prices could have been a little better on the small storage and the fact that you have to buy a lock that can only be used at Public Storage is kind of inconvenient
