I needed to find a storage place quickly and this Public Storage location was perfect: very very clean, like new, safe area, very efficient and friendly staff. I booked online and received my access code within minutes. When I arrived at the facility, the code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work so the attendant gave me a new code. She said there have been some issues in the last two weeks with new codes issued online. My unit was clean and ready. There was a new lock in the storage unit but you can bring your own.

Selecting a storage unit couldn't have been any easier. And prior to moving, the customer service follows up to ensure the move in instructions were received and to contact them asap if any issues occur.

Very friendly staff and helpful with Q's. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate from two different entrances.

Tish was very patient with me getting everything set up and explaining all the details as it was Sunday and I was already tired. It was so nice to have her check in me and make my day a lot easier. Yes, I will definitely recommend the facility and Trish.

I had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had with any company. My representative went above and beyond. She showed me how to use my lock properly, walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to use the elevator properly, and went over all location rules and regulations. She gave me a teachable moment on how important it is to have insurance on my unit when that would not have been an option for me. I am very pleased and I am satisfied that I made the choice to drive a few extra miles down the road for the location I am at, verses the one within walking distance of my home.

Great experience! My only complaint is that I wish someone with Public Storage would have let me know I needed a cylinder lock prior to my arrival. I think the upcharge for the lock was a little unreasonable, and I would have bought my own if the representative had let me know over the phone when I set up my reservation the day before. I unknowingly arrived with a pad lock.

When I attempted to move my things to storage on a Sunday I borrowed a truck from a friend and had two other friends help me load up. When I got to the storage facility to unload the elevators would not work. My unit was on the 4th floor so I had to load my things back on the pickup and take them back home. This was very inconvenient. We tried calling every number we could find but got no help. On Monday I stopped by to discuss this and all I got was a sorry too bad.

The Public Storage facilities at the Harry Hines location are clean and secure. They provide the best conditions to preserve things in storage. The staff are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The reservation and check-in process was super easy with Cheryl's professional guidance. I am very pleased with their services.
