While some public storage can be sketchy, this location seems to be in good shape and in a good neighborhood.

I had a great experience at the Public Storage Audelia location with the weekend staff (Robin, Wendy, Tiffany) and then on Monday with the property manager (Brandi). This location had great pricing which is what initially attracted me. The experience with the staff was a bonus. The unit I rented did not have a wide door. It was later that night I realized my sofa may not fit thru that door. I called on Sunday where Wendy went upstairs to measure and called me back. (Thanks Wendy for going above and beyond to measure and saving me an extra trip!). It was confirmed, the sofa would not fit. Thankfully all that was resolved before moving day (in 4 weeks). I went in on Monday to terminate my short-lived lease. Brandi (property manager) was there. She was thinking outside the box offering several alternative options to try and meet my storage needs thru multiple units. My preference was/is 1 unit. At the time the Audelia location did not have a climate controlled unit size I needed with a large door available. Brandi made a call to another Public Storage facility on Greenville Ave where I will be renting. By the way, before renting at Audelia, Robin did a great job asking questions and taking an inventory of the items I would be placing in the unit without the large door. I overlooked mentioning the sofa, my mistake. The bottom line, all I can do is sing the praises for Brandi and her staff. They were an absolute pleasure. I would have no hesitations renting from this location. Based upon my initial experience with the Greenville Ave location, I have no hesitation renting from this location either.

The Workers at Public Storage are friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable of the products and service.

Dana was so helpful while I was here, very nice as well. I was in and out in a jiff and she also helped me with getting extra boxes for a great price. She was very accommodating and helpful. Also great location

the manager is super professional, honest, and kind. I definitely recommend this place

The staff were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. The storage room, building and grounds were clean (no rodents or bugs either). They even had flats available to move your stuff with.
